Imagine this.

You’re sitting warmly and comfortably in the soft wing-back chair in my consulting room. 

I’m speaking to you calmly and gently, relaxing you and helping your mind drift into slower brainwaves – to a place where your unconscious mind doesn’t recognise the difference between physical reality and imaginary reality (you  already experience slower Alpha brainwaves any time you’re feeling peaceful, daydreamy, or are in the creative process).

The hypnotic suggestions I’ll create for you are designed to tell, show, or guide your unconscious mind to imagine the changes you want to make in your life. The unconscious mind then automatically helps you to do or think those things until they become permanent. 

You’ll hear the sound of my voice, know you’re in a chair in the room, and will be able to come out of the light trance whenever you want to. At the end of each session, you’ll feel refreshed and energised.

The number of sessions you’ll need depends on what you want to change. As well as using hypnosis to help with changing obvious unwanted habits like overeating, I use it as part of the wider life design toolkit in bigger-picture life change. It all depends on what you need!
